Larger carburetors increase cylinder filling and internal cooling is improved, resulting in higher performance and durability. Carburetor is a core part of your engine, so to increase the performance of your scooter, we recommend to change the carburetor as well as the exhaust to increase acceleration and top speed.

The main jet that comes with this carburetor is size 80. The carburetors are pre-tuned, usually fine tuning via the main jet is all that is needed. We recommend to order an additional jet (D. 6mm) to adjust the carburetor settings to perfectly match the setup.

This 17,5mm carburetor for automatic choke was developed especially for Minarelli (Yamaha Aerox, Malaguti F12, Aprilia SR and many more), but can also be installed on other models.

Attention: Carburetor is delivered without starter. You can use your original electric choke or order a starter with lever choke (e.g. the manual lever choke from Motoforce MF16.30001).
