The Pinasco Cylinder Kit 177cc aluminium 57mm stroke Vespa GTR \/ Sprint 125-150cc is a replica of the classic 177cc racing cylinder by Pinasco. It is an aluminium ‘Big Bore’ (63mm) cylinder that will increase displacement up to 177cc while allowing to retain the original crankshaft. This top quality cylinder is a performance part with very convincing output throughout the entire rpm range, with more power and awesome torque even at lower rpms.

Though made of aluminium (with Nikasil coating), it is extremely robust and low-maintenance. It comes with a 2-ring piston and an original Pinasco cylinder head with central spark plug. Easy to mount, plug and play. We recommend checking the condition of your crankshaft and bearings before mounting. The cylinder lends itself to additional tuning measures – we recommend a larger carburetor and a tuning intake system. Also recommended – a reinforced crankshaft, e.g. the Pinasco crankshaft with 57mm stroke.
