Piston Rings d.47mm Pit Bike YX \/ Lifan 88cc.Piston rings ensure optimum sealing, dissipation of heat and the correct distribution of lubricant. If deformed, they must be replaced immediately.

Piston ring types:

– 1st compression ring on top. Seals and ensures that compression remains optimal, and dissipates heat.
– 2nd compression ring, centre. Supports the upper compression ring.
– oil control ring bottom, 3-piece. Scrapes the oil from the cylinder wall. Maintaining the proper quantity of oil between piston and cylinder wall prevents overheating and piston seizure.

Please install in right order \/ direction \/ with correct ring gap.
