80cc racing cylinder kit by Spanish 2-stroke specialist Airsal. Nikasil-plated aluminium cylinder with bridged exhaust port and single-ring piston (d=50mm). As a 80cc racing cylinder, this kit will give your lots of power and torque at mid to high rpms.

We strongly recommend combining it with a reinforced racing crankshaft with original stroke and conrod. We also recommend a min. 17.5mm carburetor and a sports exhaust favouring mid to high rpms (such as the Stage6 Street Race 2, Yasuni R2 \/ Cross HM, SCR Corse Handmade, etc.). With the right set-up and a little adjusting (jetting and squish) you’ll get between 13 and 15hp out of this cylinder kit.

The water connection for the cooling system is not included.
