The Malossi 102cc Cylinder Kit (d=55) cast iron Vespa V50 \/ PK 50cc strikes a perfect balance between performance and dependability, it can be used on the road as well as on the race track. The top quality cast iron cylinder comes with a 2-ring piston with an extremely hard-wearing coating and a CNC-machined aluminium cylinder head. Torque is improved, starting at low rpm, this translates into better take-offs. More displacement doesn’t hurt either, so it was pushed up to 102cc. Overall power output is very convincing, definitely a kit that will not disappoint.

You can use this cylinder with your original setup, but we recommend a larger carburetor (19mm) and an adequate sports exhaust.
